I have lived here for 3 years now and I love it! Now I know we typically do maintenance request over the monarch app but is there anyway that the side of buildings can get some lightbulbs replaced, so we can see the parking lots pleeeeeasseeee and thank you ! Also I want to give a shout out to Liz she is amazing and always answers whatever questions i have

I’ve rented here for 3.5 years. It’s been a great 3.5 years, maybe not in my personal life, but these ladies have been incredibly adaptive to my housing needs. Maintenance Dep’t is on top of their to do list, and are very helpful. If you need something further explained, they will further explain. There’s nothing negative I can say. The grass gets mowed, the snow gets shoveled. My favorite apartment complex out of the 6 apartments I’ve lived in. Awesome office staff.

The staff is great, maintenance is wonderful. I actually love the idea of them emailing the community to let us know what's going on around us even if its the office closing early. Super quite neighborhood, highly recommend for the price! :-)

I've lived here 5 years and it's been great. Maintenance is on top of all requests ls in a timely manner. Apartments are a tad dated but grounds are well kept
